LexNimbus is a blog published by Jorge Espinosa which focuses on the changing law of cloud computing, social networking and the Internet. The Fashionable Litigator is a blog published by Francesca Russo which focuses on fashion law and the experience of being a woman litigator. They join our other blogs -- The Gray Blog and Sustainable Marks.

 
Apr 4, 2011 - Espinosa | Trueba, PL is proud to announce that its attorneys, Jorge Espinosa, William Trueba and Michael Tschupp, have all been named to the intellectual property category of Florida Trend Magazine's Florida Legal Elite for 2011. Florida Legal Elite recognizes the top tier of attorneys practicing in Florida as chosen by their colleagues. This is a significant honor since less than two dozen attorneys in the entire state of Florida were chosen for the intellectual property category in 2010. Mar 31, 2011 - Michael Tschupp of Espinosa | Trueba, PL has been invited to be a featured speaker at the Intellectual Property Congress for Green Energy Technology on April 27 - 28, 2011 in San Francisco, CA. Michael will be presenting "Opportunities and Challenges in Green Marketing and Branding" and will be moderating a panel titled "Capitalizing on Accelerated Review for Green Innovation." Michael's invitation is based, in part, on his excellent work on the Sustainable Marks blog, a blog dedicated to ecologically oriented intellectual property.

Nov 05, 2009 - Espinosa | Trueba, PL helped to organize and execute a significant raid against cigar counterfeiters in South Florida. More than 5 state and local law enforcement and regulatory agencies, including the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Florida Department of Revenue, were involved in the simultaneous raids which have initially resulted in six arrests and the seizure of cigar related products, equipment and vehicles with an estimated value in excess of $35,000,000.
